Estos términos regulan el uso de estudiomm.mx. Al navegar en el sitio aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, te pedimos no usarlo.

1. Quién ofrece los servicios

Los servicios de diseño y desarrollo web que se presentan en este sitio los ofrece Manuel Moragrega, con el nombre comercial Estudio MM y domicilio en Av. Adolfo López Mateos Sur 2375, Plaza del Sol, local 1-B, col. Ciudad del Sol, C.P. 45050, Zapopan, Jalisco, México. Contacto: manuel@ratito.mx y WhatsApp +52 33 4638 0903.

2. Información, paquetes y precios

  • Los paquetes y precios del sitio son de referencia. Se expresan en pesos mexicanos, son precios iniciales ("desde") y no incluyen IVA, salvo que se indique otra cosa.
  • Publicar un precio no es una oferta cerrada. El precio final, el alcance, los entregables, los tiempos y la forma de pago se acuerdan por escrito en una cotización antes de empezar. Si algo de ese acuerdo es distinto a lo que dice este sitio, prevalece el acuerdo.
  • Los tiempos de entrega son estimados y dependen de que recibamos a tiempo el contenido, las fotos y las aprobaciones del cliente.
  • Para clientes fuera de México cotizamos en dólares estadounidenses.

3. Dominio, cuentas y mantenimiento

El dominio de cada cliente se registra a su nombre y en su cuenta, y lo paga el cliente. El mantenimiento mensual es opcional y no tiene plazo forzoso.

4. Concierge virtual

El concierge de este sitio responde con información fija y general. No usa inteligencia artificial generativa y sus respuestas no son una cotización ni una oferta. Para cualquier compromiso vale la cotización por escrito.

5. Propiedad intelectual

Los textos, el diseño, el logotipo y el código de este sitio pertenecen a Estudio MM y están protegidos por la ley. No puedes copiarlos ni usarlos sin autorización por escrito.

Los proyectos que mostramos como casos son trabajos realizados por Estudio MM. Sus nombres, marcas, fotografías y contenidos pertenecen a sus respectivos dueños y se muestran solo como portafolio.

6. Textos legales de los clientes

Estudio MM diseña y construye sitios web, pero no ofrece asesoría legal ni redacta, revisa o proporciona ejemplos de textos legales. El aviso de privacidad, los términos y las políticas del sitio de cada cliente son responsabilidad del cliente: los prepara su asesor legal y el cliente nos los entrega para publicarlos, o los sube él mismo. Si el cliente no los entrega ni los sube, el sitio se publica sin ellos por decisión y bajo responsabilidad exclusiva del cliente, y Estudio MM queda deslindado de cualquier reclamación, multa o consecuencia derivada de su falta.

7. Enlaces a otros sitios

Este sitio enlaza a sitios de clientes y a servicios como WhatsApp. No somos responsables del contenido ni de las políticas de esos sitios.

8. Disponibilidad

Hacemos lo posible para que el sitio funcione siempre y su información sea correcta, pero puede haber interrupciones o errores. Podemos actualizar su contenido en cualquier momento.

9. Privacidad

El uso de tus datos personales se explica en el aviso de privacidad.

10. Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de México. Cualquier controversia se resolverá ante los tribunales competentes del domicilio de Estudio MM. Si eres consumidor, esto no limita tus derechos ante la Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (Profeco).

11. Cambios

Podemos modificar estos términos. Los cambios se publicarán en esta página con la fecha de la última actualización.

These terms govern the use of estudiomm.mx. By browsing the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. The Spanish version is the legally binding one.

1. Who offers the services

The web design and development services presented on this site are offered by Manuel Moragrega, under the trade name Estudio MM, with address at Av. 2. Information, packages and prices

  • The packages and prices on the site are for reference. They are in Mexican pesos, are starting prices ("from") and do not include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
  • Publishing a price is not a binding offer. The final price, scope, deliverables, timeline and payment terms are agreed in writing in a quote before work starts. If anything in that agreement differs from this site, the agreement prevails.
  • Delivery times are estimates and depend on receiving the client's content, photos and approvals on time.
  • For clients outside Mexico we quote in US dollars.

3. Domain, accounts and maintenance

Each client's domain is registered in their name and account, and is paid by the client. Monthly maintenance is optional and has no minimum term.

4. Virtual concierge

This site's concierge answers with fixed, general information. It does not use generative AI and its answers are not a quote or an offer. Only the written quote is binding.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, design, logo and code of this site belong to Estudio MM and are protected by law. You may not copy or use them without written permission.

The projects shown as case studies are work done by Estudio MM. Their names, brands, photos and content belong to their respective owners and are shown only as a portfolio.

6. Clients' legal texts

Estudio MM designs and builds websites but does not provide legal advice, nor does it write, review or provide examples of legal texts. The privacy notice, terms and policies on each client's site are the client's responsibility: their legal advisor prepares them and the client sends them to us for publishing, or uploads them directly. If the client neither sends nor uploads them, the site is published without them at the client's sole decision and responsibility, and Estudio MM is released from any claim, fine or consequence arising from their absence.

7. Links to other sites

This site links to client sites and to services such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the content or policies of those sites.

8. Availability

We do our best to keep the site running and its information accurate, but there may be interruptions or errors. We may update its content at any time.

9. Privacy

How we use your personal data is explained in the privacy notice.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be settled before the competent courts of Estudio MM's domicile. If you are a consumer, this does not limit your rights before Mexico's consumer protection agency (Profeco).

11. Changes

We may change these terms. Changes will be published on this page with the date of the last update.
